All aboard!

Join the Art Deco Society of Washington as it kicks off its campaign to save the historic interior of the Kennedy-Warren Apartment Building.

We will be hosting this event in another historic location—the Dover Harbor Pullman Car at Union Station.

The Dover Harbor is a restored classic American sleeper-lounge-buffet Pullman car and is the only heavy weight Pullman revenue passenger car still operating in unrestricted train service on the main lines of America. The car, which was built in 1923, has been beautifully restored to its authentic 1930's appearance. Learn more about the Dover Harbor at http://www.doverharbor.com/.

Hors d’oeuvres and a selection of wine and beer will be served in this elegant setting.

Note: Track location will be determined the day of the event. Inquire about the location of the ‘private car Dover Harbor’ at the Amtrak information desk in the center of the main waiting room between gates D and F

Nonmembers: $75

Tickets for this special event are very limited so don’t delay. If you are unable to attend this event, you can still make a tax deductible donation to support the Kennedy-Warren Preservation Fund.

Ticket sales have closed.
