ALL ABOARD!!!!
Join the Art Deco Society of Washington as it kicks off its campaign to
save the historic interior of the Kennedy-Warren Apartment Building!!
Date: October 17, 2008
Time: 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Location: The Historic Dover Harbor Railway Car at Washington Union
Station
Event: Cocktail reception and Fundraiser - Vintage attire welcome!
The Dover Harbor is a restored classic American sleeper-lounge-buffet
pullman car and is the only heavy-weight Pullman revenue passenger car
still operating in unrestricted train service on the main lines of
America. The car, which was built in 1923, has been beautifully
restored to its authentic 1930s appearance.
Hors d'Oeuvres and a selection of wine and beer will be served in this
elegant setting and are included in the ticket price.
Come join us and learn about our efforts to preserve the historic
interior of the original Kennedy-Warren apartment building.

Tickets: $60.00 per person for ADSW Members
$75.00 per person for non-members
