Falkland Apartments Hearing Postponed
 
We have just learned that the June 12 hearing on historic designation of
Falkland Apartments has been postponed, and no new date has been set. Word
from the Planning Commission arrived late this afternoon. It is hard to say
whether this is a good sign or a bad sign, but the staff report was delayed
and is still not available to the public.
 
It still would be a good thing for anyone who is able to send a short note
to Planning Board Chairman Royce Hanson at mcp-chairman@mncppc-mc.org,
urging him and the other Board members to recommend that the entire
Falkland complex be given historic designation.
