Dear Friends,

The IDB Cultural Center would like to invite you to attend this free
lecture and book presentation next week at the Inter-American
Development Bank.

We are presenting Beth Dunlop, architecture critic for The Miami Herald,
who will show slides and discuss her new book, Miami: Mediterranean
Splendor and Deco Dreams (Rizzoli 2007).

The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in
downtown Washington, near Metro Center and the White House.  It is free
and open to the public, no reservations required, just photo ID.
Borders will sell the book at the event for those interested.
