Historic Mayflower Hotel Formal Afternoon Tea

You are cordially invited to formal afternoon tea at the historic
Renaissance Mayflower Hotel in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C.
While not designed in the Art Deco style, the Mayflower was built in the
1920s and over the years has been a prominent presence in the capital
city’s social and political events.
The afternoon tea includes a selection of tea sandwiches and sweets.
Cafe Promenade also offers an all-vegetarian tea menu, which may be
ordered on-site. Attendees may order champagne a la carte at the restaurant.
Appropriate vintage attire of the 1920s - 1950s (or a reasonable
facsimile) is required for the tea.
