The 22nd annual Exposition of the Decorative Arts brings together more
than 55 dealers from 10 states, with a fantastic array of items for sale
from the 20th century. A special preview will be held on Saturday evening.
The Expo combines the dazzle of gleaming chrome and blue mirror, vintage
attire, ample free parking, ATM service, and refreshments by Main Street
Bagels and Deli of Fairfax. Furniture, lamps, vintage clothing, pottery,
World’s Fair ephemera, jewelry, clocks, watches, posters, pottery, art
glass, and books are just a few of the items to be offered for sale from
the Art Deco, Atomic Age, and Modernism periods.
Driving to the Expo is easy. See our map for directions from the nearby
Capital Beltway.
This year, a special Expo shuttle bus will operate on Sunday between the
Judiciary Square Metro Station (Red Line) in DC and the Expo. The round
trip cost is $5. Space is limited, so you must purchase your ticket in
advance on-line to reserve your seat.
