Washington's Wonderful Art Deco Architecture Bus Tour

Departing from the Judiciary Square Metro Station
across from the National Building Museum
F Street between 4th& 5th Streets, NW

The tour will be led by Linda Lyons, architectural historian and Education 
Chair of ADSW.  We will see over 100 Art Deco structures, including 
government and commercial buildings, apartment houses, residences, and 
bridges in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.  Selected examples to be visited 
and toured include Historic Terminal A of National Airport, 1100 New York 
Avenue (preserving the Greyhound Bus Terminal) and the Greenbelt Community 
Center (formerly Greenbelt Center School).

A building list will be provided, along with suggestions for further 
reading and exploring.  Light refreshments will be served.
